Overview
ElevenAgents is the agent side of ElevenLabs, the voice AI company whose audio models are used by Twilio, Cisco, Deutsche Telekom, Klarna, Disney and Salesforce, per the customer logos cited on the product page.
Instead of only generating audio, the platform lets you configure an agent's voice, language, knowledge base, system prompt and workflows, then run it on phone, web widget, mobile app, WhatsApp, SMS, email or chat from one workspace.
ElevenLabs states that agents speak 70+ languages and can switch mid-conversation, draw on 11k+ voices in its library or on cloned voices, and reach tools including Zapier, Salesforce, Stripe, HubSpot, Shopify, Zendesk, Genesys, Twilio and Amazon Connect through native integrations. For marketing teams the relevant shift is that conversational agents now do funnel work that used to sit in form-based flows: qualifying inbound leads, recovering abandoned carts, running outbound calls, booking appointments and answering order or account questions.
Because ElevenAgents is LLM-agnostic - you can bring a frontier model, use ElevenLabs hosted models, or reach any system through MCP, APIs and webhooks - the agent can read and write into the CRM or ticketing stack you already run.
Teams can also define guardrails, run simulations and automated tests before an agent reaches a customer, then watch resolution rate, CSAT, language usage and success rate in built-in analytics, which matters when one brand voice has to hold up across a dozen markets. The trade-off is cost visibility.
ElevenLabs sells agents on the same credit subscriptions as the rest of its stack, and its own tooltips say a call is charged per minute while LLM token usage is calculated in fiat currency and deducted from those credits, with telephony billed separately.
The free tier covers 15 minutes of calls, which is enough to evaluate and not enough to run production traffic, so teams that plan real volume should model usage first.
The heavier compliance controls - SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, PCI DSS Level 1, HIPAA, data residency in the US, EU and India, zero retention mode - sit on an Enterprise agreement.
Marketers who only need copy and creative are better served by a content tool; this is for companies that want conversations handled on voice and chat at scale.

Key Features
Voice and chat agents
One agent for phone, web widget, mobile app, WhatsApp, SMS and email, keeping conversation context when customers switch channels.
70+ languages, in-house voice models
Agents speak more than 70 languages and can switch mid-conversation, using the Voice Library or a cloned brand voice built on ElevenLabs models.
Guardrails and simulations
Define limits, run automated tests and simulate conversations before publishing, so an agent cannot improvise outside the script you approved.
Knowledge base and tool calling
Connect CRM, ticketing, calendar and payment systems through native integrations, or reach anything else with MCP, APIs and webhooks.
Agent analytics
Track resolution rate, CSAT and language mix per agent, with full transcripts, conversation history and debug logs for tuning.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Voice models are built in house, so agent speech sounds markedly more natural than stitched-together TTS pipelines
- One platform covers voice, chat and email with native Twilio, Genesys, Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, Shopify and Zapier connectors
- LLM-agnostic: bring your own model or use hosted ElevenLabs models, and extend reach through MCP, APIs and webhooks
- Guardrails, simulations and automated tests let teams validate agent behaviour before customers meet it
- Enterprise compliance is documented in public: SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, PCI DSS Level 1, HIPAA, data residency in the US, EU and India
Cons
- Credit-based pricing is shared across every ElevenLabs product, LLM tokens are billed separately and telephony is excluded, so real-world cost is hard to predict from the plan table alone
- The free tier includes only 15 minutes of calls, which is a demo allowance rather than production capacity
- Enterprise controls such as data residency, zero retention mode and elevated concurrency require a custom agreement
- Getting good results depends on prompt, knowledge-base and tool design, so most marketing teams need engineering or ops help

Editorial note for ElevenAgents (Platform): we read the ElevenAgents product page and the shared pricing page on elevenlabs.io on 2026-09-19. Agents sit on the same credit subscriptions as the rest of the ElevenLabs stack (Free $0, Starter $6, Creator $22, Pro $99, Scale $299, Business $990, Enterprise custom), the free tier is documented as 15 minutes of calls, and the pricing tooltips state that call minutes and LLM token cost come out of credits while telephony is billed separately. The score is our editorial assessment of how ElevenAgents fits conversational marketing work in 2026, judged against the six criteria in our How We Test methodology. We do not publish user reviews or aggregate review counts, and we do not claim hands-on testing we have not done. Pricing and features change often, so confirm current details on the vendor site before buying.
