Overview
MuleRun is sold by Intelligent Cloud Computing (Singapore) Private Limited as an all-in-one AI office rather than a chat app, and the centre of the product is the Computer: a persistent cloud machine with its own disk and workspace that stays online 24/7, is backed up daily and can be rolled back.
Sizing runs from 2 cores and 4 GB of memory on the entry paid plan to 8 cores and 16 GB on the top plan.
Because the agent works there instead of in a browser tab, jobs continue after you close the laptop, which is what makes overnight batches and continuous monitoring possible.
The documented surfaces around it are Chat, Drive storage, a Knowledge base, Datasources, and Pages, a website host that publishes a static or dynamic site on a mule.page subdomain or your own domain.
The parts that matter for marketing work are the ones that reach outside the platform.
Scheduled Tasks run recurring work - a morning digest, a Friday report - on the Computer instance and deliver each result to MuleRun or a connected chat channel.
The Browser Connector is a Chrome extension that lets the agent drive your local browser with the accounts you are already signed into, while credentials and sessions stay on the device, which is how posting, form-filling and scraping get done on platforms with no API.
A CLI and REST API expose generative media models named in the documentation, including Sora 2, Veo 3.1, Kling 2.6, Seedance 2.0, Wan and Midjourney, so campaign video and image assets can come from the same account.
MuleRun itself lists data analysis, content creation, email management, document processing, project coordination, monitoring dashboards, competitor research and social media scheduling among its tasks.
Pricing read on 16 September 2026 at mulerun.com/pricing is credit based at $1 to 100 credits.
Free costs nothing and includes 500 sign-up credits plus 200 credits refreshed daily but no monthly allowance, 10 GB of Drive storage, up to five published pages and one connected local browser.
Plus is $16 a month, or $192 billed yearly, for 2,000 monthly credits, a 2-core machine and 10 pages; Super is $32 a month for 4,500 credits and 4 cores; Pro is $160 a month for 23,000 credits, 8 cores, 16 GB of memory and 100 pages.
Annual billing takes 20 percent off and Team and Enterprise plans are quote-based.
The honest caveat is category: MuleRun is a general agent platform, not a marketing suite.
There is no campaign reporting, no CRM and no ad-platform connector, and the claim that every completed workflow improves the shared agent network is a vendor statement no buyer can audit.
If you want an off-the-shelf marketing agent, this is a substrate you build one on.
Use Cases
Running recurring competitor and market research that lands as a scheduled report instead of a manual Friday job
Monitoring sites, pricing and campaign dashboards around the clock and triggering the next step when something changes
Operating platforms that have no API through your own browser session, for posting, form filling and scraping
Publishing campaign landing pages and microsites with hosted pages on a custom domain, without a developer or a CMS project
Generating campaign video and image assets through the media API in the same account that runs the agents
Who Is This For
Marketing operations and growth teams that want custom agent workflows without building infrastructure
Solo operators and small teams that need overnight and after-hours execution on a modest budget
E-commerce sellers automating listing, creative and pricing tasks through marketplace agents
Agencies that publish landing pages for clients and need hosted pages plus scheduled reporting in one tool
Technical marketers who prefer a CLI and REST API over a drag-and-drop automation builder
Key Features
Persistent cloud Computer
A dedicated machine that stays online 24/7 with its own disk and workspace, daily backups and rollback, so long-running and overnight jobs survive after you close the browser.
Scheduled Tasks
Describe recurring work once and it runs on schedule on the Computer instance, delivering each result to MuleRun or a connected chat channel, which is the closest thing here to an unattended operations shift.
Browser Connector
A Chrome extension that lets the agent work inside your own logged-in browser for sites with no API, opening tabs, reading pages, filling forms and scraping, with credentials and sessions staying on your device.
Pages hosting and Drive storage
Publish landing pages and microsites without provisioning servers, domains, a CDN or a database, on a mule.page address or your own domain, with briefs and assets held in Drive storage that scales from 10 GB to 1 TB.
CLI, REST API and generative media
Command-line and API access cover sessions, compute instances, files and Pages, and expose media models including Sora 2, Veo 3.1, Kling 2.6, Seedance 2.0, Wan and Midjourney for video and image generation on the same account.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Always-on execution: agents run on a persistent cloud computer with daily backups and rollback, not a tab that dies with the laptop
- Scheduled Tasks deliver recurring reports and monitoring output automatically to the inbox or a connected chat channel
- Browser Connector handles platforms that have no API using your own logged-in sessions, while credentials stay local
- Infrastructure and credits are published: $1 equals 100 credits, tiers at $0, $16, $32 and $160 a month with 2-8 cores, 4-16 GB of memory and 10 GB to 1 TB of storage
- Generative media APIs (Sora 2, Veo 3.1, Kling 2.6, Seedance 2.0, Wan, Midjourney), Pages hosting and CLI access come inside the same account
Cons
- Not a marketing suite: no campaign reporting, no CRM and no ad-platform connector out of the box
- Credit metering makes always-on monitoring hard to forecast, and Free has no monthly credits at all - only 200 refreshed daily
- The claim that every completed workflow improves the shared agent network is a vendor statement rather than something a buyer can audit
- Agent quality depends on which marketplace agent you pick, and per-plan limits on parallel tasks, pages and connected browsers push heavier users up tiers quickly

MuleRun is the first agent platform in this library that treats persistence as the product: the Computer stays online 24/7 with daily backups and rollback, Scheduled Tasks deliver recurring output to the inbox or a connected chat channel, and the Browser Connector lets the agent act inside your own logged-in browser without handing over credentials. The pricing we read on 16 September 2026 is unusually clear for the category - $1 per 100 credits, Free at $0, Plus at $16, Super at $32 and Pro at $160 a month with 2,000, 4,500 and 23,000 monthly credits and 2, 4 and 8 core machines.

Our caution is positioning rather than capability. MuleRun is a general agent platform, not a marketing suite: there is no campaign reporting, no CRM and no advertising connector, and the line that every completed workflow makes every agent better is vendor framing that a buyer cannot verify. Credit metering also makes always-on monitoring difficult to budget, and the free tier carries no monthly credits at all - only 200 refreshed each day. Treat it as a substrate for custom workflows and put it on a paid tier before committing production monitoring to it.
