Overview
Regie.ai now sells RegieGO, which it calls an agentic sales workspace with built-in enrichment, emailing, dialing and workflows that gets you prospecting end to end from a single chat.
The positioning is deliberately narrow: the fastest path from ICP to pipeline.
You prompt the agent once and it handles sourcing, ranking, call preparation and follow-ups, learns your voice and your company pitch so it can write around a why-now event on each account, and runs plays that combine email, LinkedIn and the phone instead of one channel at a time.
The company also keeps its older Regie.ai framing as an AI sales assistant for sellers.\n\nThe commercial model is published and credit based.
Free costs nothing, includes 250 one-time credits and the full workspace for research, enrichment, drafting, dialer and agents, and lets you send from your own Gmail or Outlook account with no credit card required.
Pro is 49 US dollars a month billed monthly, or 17 per cent less on annual billing, and includes 5,000 credits refreshed every month.
Enterprise is custom and adds volume credits, team workspaces with shared agents, custom CRM sync, advanced analytics, a dedicated account manager and SOC 2.
Credits are spent researching accounts, drafting messages, enriching contacts and dialing, and enrichment only bills when a provider actually returns data, because RegieGO runs a waterfall across several providers including mobile numbers.
When we checked on 17 September 2026 the site was also promoting 10,000 free credits with the code WELCOME10K.\n\nThe practical fit is outbound teams that would rather not assemble four tools.
RegieGO ships with its own CRM so you can start with nothing, and if you already run HubSpot it syncs contacts and activity and backfills existing records; sending from your own inbox keeps domain reputation with you and puts replies where you already read them; and the parallel dialer comes with the research preloaded.
Two honest limits.
Pro is a single user, so anything team shaped is Enterprise and quote-only, and credits do not roll over, which makes spiky months expensive.
It is also strictly outbound: there is nothing here for inbound marketing, SEO, content or paid media, and the performance claims around reply rates and compounding familiarity with each touch are vendor statements we cannot reproduce.
Use Cases
Building and ranking a target account list from an ICP description instead of exporting contacts by hand
Enriching that list with verified work and mobile numbers, paying only for contacts a provider actually returns
Drafting personalized email and LinkedIn touches that reference a why-now event on the account
Running multi-channel plays that combine email, LinkedIn touches and parallel dialing in one sequence
Keeping pipeline records current by syncing activity into HubSpot or working inside the built-in CRM
Who Is This For
SDRs and full-cycle account executives who own their own pipeline
Founders and solo sellers running founder-led outbound
Small sales teams that want enrichment and dialing without buying four separate tools
HubSpot shops that want agentic prospecting layered on an existing CRM
Sales leaders comparing AI SDR options who want published pricing before agreeing to a demo
Key Features
Prompt-driven agent
Ask once and Regie takes on sourcing, ranking, call preparation and follow-ups, moving the repetitive half of pipeline generation off the rep.
Relevant messaging
The agent trains on your voice and company pitch, finds a why-now on each account and writes the message around that reason instead of sending a template.
Channel orchestration
Email, LinkedIn and the phone are woven into one multi-touch play, so prospecting builds familiarity across channels instead of stopping at a single sequence.
Waterfall enrichment
Contacts resolve through multiple data providers in sequence, mobile numbers included, and a credit is only spent when a provider actually returns data.
Parallel power dialer
Calls are dialed in parallel with the research already loaded, aimed at reps who work the phone as hard as the inbox.
Built-in CRM with HubSpot sync
RegieGO includes its own CRM for a cold start and syncs contacts and activity with HubSpot, backfilling the records that are already there.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Self-serve published pricing instead of a demo wall: free with 250 credits and no credit card, Pro at 49 US dollars a month including 5,000 credits refreshed monthly
- Enrichment is billed only when a provider returns data, and the waterfall covers multiple providers including mobile numbers rather than one stale source
- Sending runs from your own Gmail or Outlook account, so sender reputation and replies stay with you rather than on a rented vendor domain
- Built-in CRM plus HubSpot contact and activity sync with backfill, which means a single rep can start with nothing in place
- Enterprise tier adds team workspaces with shared agents, custom CRM sync, advanced analytics, a dedicated account manager and SOC 2 security
Cons
- Pro is a single user and credits do not roll over, so a heavy month of research and dialing can exhaust the 5,000 monthly allowance
- Team workspaces, volume credits and custom CRM sync sit behind Enterprise, and that tier has no published price
- Strictly outbound: no inbound marketing, SEO, content, lifecycle or advertising workflows
- Vendor performance claims about higher reply rates and familiarity compounding with every touch are not independently verifiable from the site

RegieGO is one of the more transparent agentic outbound products we have added to this library, because the pricing sits on the page rather than behind a demo: 250 free credits with no card, Pro at 49 US dollars a month including 5,000 credits refreshed monthly, and enrichment billed only when a provider returns data. The workspace covers the whole chain, from sourcing and enrichment through drafting, LinkedIn and email orchestration to parallel dialing, and sending from your own Gmail or Outlook keeps domain reputation with the user. Our caveats are structural rather than cosmetic. Pro is a single seat, credits do not roll over, and team workspaces, custom CRM sync and volume credits are Enterprise-only with no published price, so a growing team cannot forecast cost from the public page. The product is also strictly outbound, with nothing for inbound marketing, SEO, content or paid media, and the claims about reply rates and compounding familiarity come from Regie.ai rather than from a test we can reproduce. Budget credits against real prospecting volume before moving a team across.
